Is this pure rose water without any kind of additives?

This product of Lebanon says it is just rose water and no other additives are mentioned on the label.

Can this be added to carbonated water to drink ? I think one can cause it’s used for cooking and baking ?

I added it to my "sodastreamed” water. It was refreshing.

Yes, both are a thick glass bottle with a screw top.

Can it be used directly on skin or should it be diluted first?

I use it to make my own skin lotion so, in that sense it's diluted. But I'm sure you could moisten a cotton ball and use it directly on your skin. It's just rosewater. I don't believe it has to be diluted.
