How long has this grill lasted you?

It works well. I just got it a month ago but seems sturdy!

What gauge steel is it made from?

Anyone still wondering this its a bigger secret than our UFO problem. This info is always stated in details on high-end smokers so the fact its not shown for this items even while claiming its thicker metal than Char-Grillers tin can models tells on itself. But it made me wonder about the gauge of metal. But I got no answer on its metal gauge from any online sellers I asked, seems its I dont know or I aint telling that info & after 4 days I learned its very lowend anyway. Because I learned to pay more attention to what's "Not" in the details these days. Checking weight on smokers tells you what your looking at pretty quick. I emailed several sellers over 3 weeks ago btw and I've yet to get an answer on its thickness. Fwiw: I quickly learned good smokers don't come cheap because the welded thick steels needed to keep smoke in & fires more steady. I found a great coupon online & bought an Old Country Wrangler and I'm very "very" happy with this smoker. It's sold as a smoker but you can easily add a coal rack under the main rack & make it a grill/smoker. They cost more but Old Country has some very nice units that are all welded so' no cheap bolt on fireboxes/legs hinges etc... The stack is at rack level so smoke travels directly over meat not straight out the top, it makes a big flavor difference! Sorry just my experience trying to get the answer myself & a good smoker.
