TheraBreath PerioTherapy Healthy Gums Toothpaste, 3.5 Ounce Tube (Pack of 2)

I hadn't been to the dentist in years and of course needed a deep cleaning done since I had some deep pockets in the gums of most of my teeth.After my first cleaning, my mouth was a bloody mess and my wallet wasn't too happy with me either. I searched for gum health products on Amazon and bought this toothpaste based on the reviews and a month later at my checkup, the dentist and hygienist were shocked at the improvement.The only changes I had made were using this toothpaste once (sometimes twice a day but not usually), flossing twice per day and I bought a newer Sonicare toothbrush.When the hygienist went to update my records, he ended up calling an assistant in because he kept having to type new numbers into the computer.I have since gone back every three months and while I still have some deep pockets here and there, it's nothing at all like the first visit and I don't need deep cleanings anymore.I knocked one star off because the flavor of this toothpaste is not as minty as what I was used to having switched over from Colgate and you're not supposed to rinse before or after brushing.I'll suffer through though and just pop a mint for mintiness

This is a very effective product. My dentist was surprised by how fast my gums were healing. This and the mouthwash really work!!!I also use this toothpaste as it suggests in a plastic holder to heal gums. You keep it on your gums in a plastic tray for 20 minutes. It really helps you gums heal!!!

This is the best toothpaste & combined with the mouthwash has gotten rid of my periodontal disease! Though it cost more than I have been used to paying, it is worth it!

For the first time in over a half of century I have been gifted gum disease, bugger! I brush twice and floss once daily. Started using this toothpaste after expensive prescription stuff ran out and have noticed even faster results with this product. The flavor is nasty but the results are definitely worth it. I also have this brands Perio mouthwash added to my vigorous Perio regimen. Thanks Dr. Katz ! DB

Swear I noticed a difference first time I used it but the biggest pay off is how well it's worked on my tongue. Give it about a week. Yes the 'flavor' won't suit everyone's taste but I've had to use unflavored (or lightly flavored) oral products for years now. For me the pros far out weighs any cons issues. So, so glad I tried this product. I't was a dollar more than what I had been using and have had amazing results so far.

This stuff has SAVED my gums! I was so close to going to the dentist to get checked out and regular use of this product has saved my gum line. It is back to being healthy and I don't have to worry about periodontal issues. I will never stop using this! It is worth the money!

I like you folks have bought a lot of things with my hard earned money. But this is the best product I felt that I have spent money on. My confidence in Money = Quality worked for the first time. I’ve been using IPSAB powder and mouthwash for periodontal disease for 2 years, and have had great results with it. I decided to try this instead since the ingredients were what I was looking for, but was disappointed. You have to expect it’s not going to be the typical toothpaste we’re used to (filled with flavoring and chemicals) but I couldn’t get through 1 wash with it. I’m only using my IPSAB products now.

I have periodontitis; tried many toothpastes. This toothpaste is just blah. Not great, not bad. I used it a couple times and switched to Crest Gum Health, which feels a lot more refreshing, And more affordable. The Perio toothpaste seems overpriced and over-rated.

I got better results from Crest Gum Detoxify for far less money.

Don't know if it works as I have not used it enough because it doesn't really sud enough.
