Connection/function

Nice quality BUT designed not very well, it’s designed to slide up into the radio then screw down BUT the piece isn’t “thick” enough and when screwed down firmly it loses connection and has very low audio in TX/RX AND NEED TO LOOSEN the screw for it to make a soso connection to “work” but then the screw is loose and yeah just comes loose and causes bad connection.
