I know it says they are machine washable, but can they be dried in a dryer?

Non-slip bathroom rugs mats can be machine washed and dried. The drying temperature should not be too high, which will damage the silicone anti-slip particles to a certain extent. Normal mode is fine. Simply throw the bath rug in your washing machine on cold with gentle detergent. After it is done being washed, hang to dry or air dry flat, the machine washable rug will looks as good as new

how thick is this rug? I'm replacing a 2" thick one

Not 2 inches thick, but probably 1/4 to 1/2 inches thick. I think it has a layer of memory foam. It is very soft and comfortable to stand on. It's the thickest one I found after trying 3 others before this. I love it. The color and softness is awesome for me.

I believe the Dark blue is equal to a deep Navy Blue. I got the Light Blue and it is a softer tone of blue (as pictured). The Navy Blue would be a lighter Navy Blue.
