What is the texture o this food? Is it pate-style, or is it chunky or morsels? My cats are picky about texture. Thanks!

My cat, too, is extremely picky - won't eat anything but patte until this, Now she won't eat the patte food I have in large quantities. .Just like the other respondent said. - My cat rushes over and licks the bowl clean- Eats every bit and all the gravy!

Why does the price keep increasing so much??

I don't know, but I agree that it's out of hand. I bought 24-packs of 6 oz cans for $40 in 11/2020 and $36 in 8/2019, but now that the price is $54 (4/2022) I decided that enough is enough and have switched brands.

The raising of chickens is indoors, and this allows for greater control over the diet, and as the chickens are not exposed to the elements on a regular basis, it is easier to monitor their health and wellbeing. The chickens we source are part of an Animal Welfare Standard that sets forth ethical treatment guidelines that help protect livestock and cattle at the farm, during transport and at the time of processing. The diet of the chickens is non-GMO. Beef Lamb - They are raised in Australia and New Zealand and are grass fed.the regulations in these countries is strict as it pertains to the humane treatment of the animals. Fish - All fish, except for tilapia and basa, are wild caught in the ocean. As for the fish, it is purchased directly from the fishing companies, and along with the catch, there are certifications from the ships' captains that the catches are dolphin and turtle safe. There is an entity called Earth Island Institute that looks to protect the environment and maintain fishing sustainability, and Earth Island Institute recognizes the practices of our manufacturing facility. Great value and quality…

We switched to this food after my cat had a bout with idiopathic cystitis. The vet recommended H S Diet, which is not a good food and contains tons of grains and poor quality ingredients.I did my research because he deserves better and found this brand. Weruva food is a great quality, and kidney and bladder safe due to low ash content, high moisture, and will naturally increase acidity in urine because it is meat, not full of grain. I hope this helps others who want better food for their bladder diet cat. They make no claims about this, I just did my research to see what the safety requirements were and this food fits the bill. He and our other cat love it, and are healthy and happy. No tummy problems on switch over either. Can’t say enough about it, it’s really worth it.

My three cats are obsessed!

This food is probably the best food hands down. It doesn’t keep them full very long, but I know I am feeding them good food. I am a very strong believer in feed good quality food to my zoo of animals. I will continue to purchase this.

DO NOT BUY! Fraud

DO NOT BUY! Adding to the mass of recent reviews stating that something is wrong with this batch. My cats will not touch it despite liking it previous times. Amazon will not refund. I can’t get ahold of anyone about it.

WARNING- My Cats will NOT eat it- No Return No Exchanges, do not buy online

They will not take returned unopened pack of cans. I have a 12 pack of large cans to return. My cats will not touch it at all! Had I bought this at a store or from a different seller- I could exchange it for a different flavor of food or return it altogether, but there is absolutely no support or help for this item from the seller! Do not buy without trying - make sure your cats like it first!!

My cat’s much prefer their other shredded chicken

Something about this flavor makes all three of my cats turn their noses up at it. It seemed that since they like the Paw Lickin’ Chicken so much they would like this, but I have tried two different packs of 12 and now I have to say never again.
