Good value
Good fit, good value , comfortable. Only suggestion would be to make it a little more attractive, i.e., other than black

Not a bad knockoff
I have recently moved from the city to the country where I have a raised garden bed and I really wanted to spend more time in the mud. So I need some waterproof footwear that can be comfortably worn in a variety of temperatures. I decided to try these boots are they are a pretty clear sHunter knock off, based on the logo placement and design, but half the price. These are also unique as they come in half sizes, I ordered an 8.5 bc half sizes work well if you plan to wear inserts (as I do) or if you will wear both thick and thin socks. The half size works perfectly for these purposes; The provided insole can be removed, but my 1/2 size inserts fit comfortably on top of the insole and my foot isn't uncomfortable. The toe box is wide enough that it is comfortable in thin socks and my thick wool socks without cramping my toes. I will also note, there is no real liner in these boots at all, I'm sure that keeps the cost down, but if you are planning to get these boots for cold and wet work, be prepared to pair them with a good quality pair of wool socks to keep your feet warm and dry.I have tried some other all-rubber boots and they have always been so stiff that they are unwearable. this is not the case for these, the rubber is thick but pliable and bend very easily. They are also easy to walk in, as the soles bend quite well. While the rubber bends easily, it isn't stretchy at all, and the buckle on the side seems completely aesthetic to me, as it doesn't change how loose or tight the leg of the boot is.For me, the one main drawback to the boots are the leg buckles not allowing for loosening or tightening, I'm a former dancer and have 15" diameter calves, making these boots so snug that it was hard to get both my leg and pant in the boot. It was easier when I tucked my pants into a long sock, but the boots were also unflattering in the ankle because as I move around, the leg pushed down slightly, bunching around the ankle. This in now way affected my ability to move but it is the reason I deduct 1 star.Overall, these are a great budget boot that will be great as I prepare my garden this spring!

Great Choice
Great boots. I wish I had them sooner. I wear when gardening and weed whacking. They are sturdy yet flexible. I am 5'5 and 160 lb. I don't have the problem of the calf being too tight but I can see that being an issue for people with large calves. Easy to clean. I ordered a half size bigger and they fit great.

Need super skinny calves
This is a well-made sturdy boot. Foot fits true to US size. The shaft is ridiculously narrow for a rain boot. Even if my calf were slimmer, it would need to be a lot thinner if I wanted to tuck pant legs in. Gave this a 3 to help alert others. Exceptionally nice rain boot for those with super skinny legs.

Fit well for thin legs, but need a thicker inner sole
I ordered these for my daughter specifically because they are tight around the calves. She typically wears a size 2 pants, and rainboots usually gape at the tops for her and are quite uncomfortable for her as she walks. These fit well and run true to size for rainboots, which is to say that they are quite roomy in the foot area. The cotton lining is a nice touch. My only complaint is that the inner sole is super thin. I will purchase and add an additional inner sole to see if that helps make them more comfortable. She's happy with them so I'm happy with my order
