Bikes are trash.
Do not buy any of these bikes. They will broke soon as you ride them a few time and there not worth the price you are paying for them. I bought 1 of this bikes for my son and im still having trouble out of it. They told me to send it back but wont provide a shipping box for it. Its so they can keep my money. Casue i trusted the product and threw the box in the trash. But the will provide all the parts you need for a year. That should tell you something these bikes are trash. And the come from China so that says a lot. I DONT RECOMMEND THESE BIKES... i keep getting a code on the bike E 009. They tell me they dont know what it is. But its there product. So they should right???

Everything is falling apart 6 months later
DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE:I've had this bike about 6 months and the amount of issues make this bike not even worth it. Brakes? Fell off. Handlebar? Fell off. Tire? Literally fell off mid ride, luckily I was only going 10mph or that could've been really bad. Speedometer/energy gauge? Fell apart. Kickstand??? Yes that fell off also. Also the entire thing started rusting around the screws and the hub motor started making a terrible clicking noise that just kept getting worse. I got insurance with this bike and not even that helped. They said put it in a box and ship it back, what box?? How am I supposed to have the original box 6 months later? So now I have to find a way to box this 100+ pound piece of trash off that gave me issues practically daily. Basically the screws kept falling off no matter how many times you'd screw it back in (and that's a lot of screws to constantly be screwing back in!). Not worth your time imo, just get a surron they'll last you longer than 6 months. Oh also I forgot to mention, their customer service sucks, it takes about a week to respond and you have to respond to them on WhatsApp and they will charge you a good amount for any manufacturer defects.Bike quality:Horrible quality, screws keep falling out and glue used to hold things together is coming apart after 6 months. Speed:Bike does not go 40 mph, it only goes 29mph and the off-road steps given by customer service do not work despite multiple attempts. Battery life:Gets about 20 miles per charge for mostly flat terrain.
