does it chop parsley coriander and all herbs? how much does it hold?please help

Have not tried chopping herbs but it has chopped everything finely within a second or two so I would expect it will be fine for parsley too

When you wash the chopper, does the water get stuck inside the lid hole (the part you attach the motor)?
