I ordered two of these bikes for my daughter and I on prime day. I was a little hesitant at first because they are are not cheap. $500 off each bike helped seal the deal. Bikes arrived a couple days early, were packaged very well with lots of sturdy foam wrapping around the entire bike, and were pretty easy on finishing assembly. You definitely get what you pay for. Every part on the bike is a quality piece. The full suspension is adjustable to your weight and set you up for a plush ride. The different levels of pedal assist set you up for the workout you are looking for. They are very capable off road. On level 5 with the gears down all the way at 1 you have tons of torque. You can climb some seriously steep trails. Mid drive is the way to go!

Bikes carries my 210# frame with no issues. Battery life is excellent. Seat adjustment lever would not hold so I replaced it with a bolt, works fine now. I would recommend this product.

I recently had what I thought was a problem with my X7 Eahora ebike. The bike is about a year and a half old and I have ridden it over 2000 miles. In that time I have had no problems with the bike other than normal maintenance of the brakes. Recently however I began to notice some unusual popping sounds from the motor. I contacted Eahora service and heard promptly from them with suggestions, pictures of the motor and videos of dissembling and reassembling the motor. These proved very helpful. It turned out that all I needed to do was clean out the old grease on the gears inside the motor and reapply new high temperature grease. The motor now runs normally.I recommend doing the cleaning and re-grease about once per year as normal maintenance. It really is quite easy to do if you follow the motor disassembly video on their website with a screwdriver but you need a gear puller to remove the flywheel. Be careful not to lose the key when you pull the flywheel off.
