Ease of use and enhancement of iPhone camera both comfort
Great little gadget. Makes it easier to use the iPhone camera both comfort of holding the camera and using the buttons to get full benefits of the iPhone.

Avoid and spend a bit more for better quality
The one star is for the fact that the product does feel nice in your hand. Its comfortable and sturdy. However, thats all pointless because it doesn't actually work. The connection is hit and miss. The zoom in/out option doesn't work. The remote control detachable button is hit and miss too. No idea what the 2 mode buttons are supposed to do. I will be keeping the Shiftcam Snap Grip that I ordered at the same time to compare them. While the shiftcam doesnt have a remote control button like this model, they are cheap enough to pick up on Amazon.Save your time and money and give this grip a swerve.

Poor customer service and unreliable product.
Using this with my Pixel 9 pro. Took a bit of setting up. Contacted the seller but got not response. I had to fiddle with the phone settings. But eventually it worked. I say worked the shutter action was intermittent and unreliable so I have returned it.

They should check before sending a new product
Not Turning on. Change the new battery but still not working. As shown on display itโs totally opposite. waste of money and time. Just send it back and apply for refund.
