Can i use bottled water?

Can I it just the molding powder separate from the silicone?

The set comes with mold powder (Step 1) and stone powde (Step 2). Yes, they can be used independently.

Why is this more expensive than on brands website?

The overall price is actually the same. Shipping is included in the price on Amazon (and it also qualifies for 2 Day Prime). Shipping is not included in the price on the website.

Would this be enough material to do 12month old’s both feet and hands?

I think so! But if you trial and error, and waste material then you won’t have enough. I ended up buying a second box.
