What is the best way to dissolve the menthol crystals ?

Hot water best way to use it. Cold or warm water will not give you the right results Usually I put in rhe microwave a mug with half water for about 4 minutes once the water is hot I put the crystals in. If is there first time using it I recommend to add just a fingertip since it can be very strong and give you bad reactions as headaches, eye burn. Good luck.
