Picture for item on website appears to show treatment on toe nail but on back of box it states "This product is not effective on scalp or nails".Ease of use:Appears to be used on nail, but when you enlarge picture the nail is gone.

NOT effective for Onychomycosis which is fungal infected nails.
Does not actually work on a fungus infected Nail Plate unless the plate is totally removed first. That is a surgical procedure.. Nail infections start in the nail "Matrix" behind and farther under the cuticle. To be effective, topical medication must reach that growth area. However, it is Good for common "athlete's foot" infections
