Great stuff. I read about the benefits of using wild yam cream so I turned to Amazon to find a product that worked and was not disappointed. Natural ingredients, no offensive scent, this small container has lasted for what seems like forever. It’s been at least 6 months and I haven’t finished it yet. Smooth and creamy, effective and great value.

I received this cream a few days ago. I’ve been dealing with some horrendous hot flashes, joint pain, brain fog…all the perimenopause stuff you can think of. Someone in a review of a supplement recommended this cream so I decided to try it.Results so far have been very encouraging. In just two days, I have definitely noticed a reduction in number and intensity of the hot flashes. My joints seem to hurt a little less. Idk. I use a small pea size dab rubbed into my wrists. I’ve used it more often than the once a day the bottle recommends, but it also says to use anytime you feel a hot flash coming on, so I’m going with that. It does not have a lingering odor and it rubs in easily.Update: Day 4, used the cream once in morning and once in the evening. Zero hot flashes. Also noticed my hip and elbows haven’t hurt today. Very optimistic and surprised with this cream. Definitely give it a try if you’re on the fence. Will probably go down to once a day and as needed if I experience a hot flash, per directions.Update: after a week or so, the hot flashes got worse. To be fair, I was combining this cream with countless other hot flash products….because more is better, right? No, not right. I think I was overloaded my system. I did find some hot flash supplements that I really like, but when I stopped using this cream, my joint pain came back with a vengeance. So I’m continuing with this cream, twice daily and as needed if I feel even a hint of a hot flash coming on. I am also continuing with the Hot flashes supplement (search Hot Flash on Amazon, the supplements are called Hot Flash, for $17.99 a bottle.Overall, I really like this cream.

Wait—are you kidding me?! YAMS?!I seriously can’t believe this is what I’ve been missing all year. My hot flashes were brutal—embarrassing and nonstop. Then a sweet lady from church mentioned this stuff, and honestly? I only bought it because it was cheap and I was desperate. But WOW. After about three weeks, it hit me... I hadn’t had a hot flash in days! DAYS! Total miracle. I’m still using that same original tub every single day—and now I’m a total believer.You have to try it. Seriously. Life. Changing.

I gave this product 5 stars because I saw the effect almost immediately! It's 4 ounces not bad compared to previously bought.

This was recommended to my by my massage therapist. However, this type of product belongs in a glass container. Plastic is no bueno and an huge endocrine disrupter. Also, under the legal disclaimer, the grammar used is wrong. This makes me doubt the efficacy and integrity of the product. I’m going to return and get a different Brand called Faith and Grace. It’s only 5 dollars more and I feel better about it than this one.
