No e sim. It can take 2 sim cards. The second slot can take either second sim card or a memory card up to 1 tb

So If I my carrier is T-Mobile, I will be able to use this phone with no issues? Or will there be some things I will miss out on?

No problem with my ATT. You should check the specs for the frequency on the phone and see if they match Tmobile network. My hunch is they will match. I needed to take the phone to ATT to register the phone because their network did not recognize the serial number of the phone. Then the phone works. They also needed to reboot my phone from their end then the data works.
