I purchased Tech Response Spikeless. Per comments for Tech Response 2.0 have spikes/cleats.

can you run very short distance with these shoes? 10 to 20 yards? are they helpful for short burst running?

Yes, you can run in them. Not sure I would say they were helpful though. I've run in mine when I've left a wedge behind and had to go back to get it. They are very comfortable. Unfortunately they don't hold up well. Both shoes have split a seam on the outside of the foot just ahead of the Adidas stripes.
