Bike is cool, a lot of fun to ride when it's working. I like the control panel and being able to see speed, mode, and distance. It's comfortable for a 5ft 9 rider and I have not test the distance of a full charge yet. I've gone about 5 miles so far of mixed mode riding on pavement, no offroad yet. There is one thing about it that really bothers me and that is that it keeps kicking into Error 7. I cannot for the life of me identify why it would do that and it feels a bit dangerous for the bike to do that in the middle of riding. I have to go through a process of turning it off for a bit and waiting up to 5 mins or more for it to clear. Wish I new exactly how to fix it as there doesn't seem to be a repair shop close enough for me to take advantage of any warranty without a huge hit out of pocket. Assembly was easy enough if you have messed around with a bicycle or motorcycle before. Also, the claim of being charged up before your buddies finish tubing their chain? Yeah no, it takes about 9 hrs for a full charge. Your buddies will be riding circles around ya before you could say Tesla. It is built like a tank though. Can't say the same for a cyber truck.

Purchased this ebike for my 15 year old. To be honest, I think of getting one for myself. Such great lay out design and able to keep up if not surpass performance dirt bike.

I would not buy this bike - especially not off of Amazon. It can not be returned and trying to get help regarding this product is worthless. We have had this bike for 2 weeks - it barely gets my son through the through 25 miles and is nowhere near the “up to 85” mile range so many videos and ads boasted. It dies with in hours with him pedaling and on normal mode.I just would like someone to contact me who can actually help us with issues. Rising Times won’t because it was bought on Amazon. Amazon does not return messages.BewareThe bike looks cool and is comfortable and fun to ride before it dies.

Had this bike for a little bit now. Very pleased with the quality. Torque could use a little work but the speed is up to par. Arrived very quick.
