Yes it does. Width is perfect for the width of the "seat". Slip the cord included with the YakPads behind the Sun Dolphin back rest pad and snug it up. Been using one with a Bali for three years and it's held up. It stays in position really well, too.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by height. It is about 1/4 inch thick. I find that it makes kayaking a lot more comfortable for my rear end.
