Hand size for a small child. So quite small

Hi, no it doesn't, I bought this for my 4yr old grandson and he loves it, but didn't score with it just used it to shoot balls at.

why is the product sent without instruction ? it seems there are parts missing. Does anyone have assemble instruction ? i got the product without.
