Does it have 2 sided scan and 2 sided copy?

How is it that a verified buyer on 1/25/2022 says that it does have this capability and she is happy with her purchase. The HP manufacturer responded on 2/11/2022 answering this question saying No, you have to manually flip the pages. Another buyer at a different time asked similar question and an HP Team Manufacturer on December 2, 2021 responded to a different person with this question by saying Yes it does support this capability. Hmmm

Hello. Thanks for your question. Yes, this HP Envy Inspire 7955e printer has the single-cartridge mode. When the tricolor ink cartridge is empty or low, you would take that ink cartridge out. The printer will automatically go into single-cartridge mode. Then, you can print with just the black ink cartridge if you wanted to. So, you don't have to replace the tricolor ink cartridge.

Does this do two-sided scans?

Hello, this model does support two-sided scanning. You can do this through the printer display or by using the HP Smart App. The automatic document feeder (ADF) is single-sided.
