How do I get the powder to come out?

There is a sticker on the holes. Once you remove the sticker, you need to turn thr inner lead to one side, to expose the holes. Once you put some powder on the black lead, turn the inner lead to the other side, to keep the powder from the humid.

Should this have a plastic peel off seal over the holes? Mine appears to have been used

We also replaced the previous version with the new one so it should come with the seal.
