This product has been third party tested so right away you know you're getting what they claim you're getting. Inositol is said to help calm the nerves...help with blood pressure, cell growth and development, and various other things. I know it makes me feel more "mellow". There are 9 forms of inositol, and the two most common are found in this product. Getting 3 bottles in one order was a huge plus. The only 'down' side that I can see, is that the directions say take 4, and that's a lot of pills to swallow.... especially if you take other supplements as well. However, the capsules are on the small side so that makes swallowing them easier.

It recommends to take with food, but I just take them before I go to bed usually and have had no negative effects whatsoever. I'm happy with the ease this supplement provides regarding the ingredients, which really simplifies the amount of supplements I have to take to achieve the benefits that this one offers.
