Is there any sort of warranty on this product? I'm afraid of the plastic breaking within a few months' of use.

Does this spiralize veggies to substitute for pasta?

Sorry ,I am afraid this round drum slicer is not suitable to slice the vegetables into long spiralize status ,the length of the sliced vegetables is a little short , you can use the round vegetable slicer to grind cheese ,nuts ,slice potatoes,carrots and other not very soft vegetables ,tks

Can the blades be sharpened

The blades of this round drum slicer are made of high quality stainless steel, it is originally very sharp, it can keep sharp for a very long time if you keep the drums dry and clean after using. We suggest not to sharp the blades as the blades of this veggie slicer are complex design, or it may affect the function more or less. Hope it is helpful.

Are replacement parts available for this grater? I've been using this grater for months (love it) but the spring in the handle recently broke.

I don't know about replacement parts. Mine is similar but I believe its a different brand. I would contact the manufacturer. I wish I could be of more help.
