You get what you pay for with this stool. I decided to chance it after reading the reviews and hoped for the best. When the stool eventually arrived it came in pieces in one box. Although the legs were bubble wrapped they were all a little dented. One leg was worse than the others and chipped at the top and had glue down it as pictured. When I assembled the stool the chip on the leg was not noticeable as it’s at the top but I noticed all the legs were a slightly different colour and they are not the dark brown i was hoping for, the base lining is also visible underneath the stool and the stool was a pale grey and not the charcoal colour pictured. However, the stool is marketed as grey and it is that so I can’t quibble the colour. After discussions with my husband we have decided to keep it because it was far cheaper than others and for the hassle and time of sending it back and risking getting another one that’s got issues (given the reviews) it wasn’t worth it for what it cost. It serves a purpose, comfort for me as we have a deep sofa and I have little legs. Putting my feet up on it is comfortable and although it has several issues we paid £30 so can’t expect a high end product. The need for a foot stool won over aesthetics but we will look to replace it in the future with one that matches our furniture in colour and isn’t damaged.

I am surprisingly impressed with this stool. Its sturdy and quite attractive. It does what it says on the tin. The legs are a bit simple, and the edges of the underneath finishing fabric are a bit messily done so stick out and can be seen, but after tidying that up myself, its pretty good value for money.I have to say I have put a small sheepskin rug over it though, so it looks better like that!

I was sceptical at first but I'm so pleased I went ahead with the purchase. Honestly it's great it's well made it's solid it looks really good . I'm a genuine buyer with no affiliation to the suppliers. I would really recommend this stool, I got the light brown square one.

Fantastic foot stool! Great value for money! Very sturdy, well made. I use it to stretch my legs out, really comfortable. My teenage son keeps pinching it. May have to order another. Bigger than I thought but love it. Afterring, this item arrived in about 4 days. Really pleasantly surprised.

Lovely comfy footstool, well made, good padding, nice shade of grey, good packaging too. Just the right height, I'm only 5ft in height, so my feet dangle in the air when I sit back into our sofa. Worth every penny. Very happy !

package arrived with the box ripped open and one leg fell out but to my surprize all four legs were there and even the small package containing the bolts to attach the legs to the stool and the stool itself all in first class condition very pleased with the stool very sturdy I would recommend to any body

One leg slightly different colour some dents in the legs the seat good size high enough to use with an armchair the black pads on bottom of each leg keep falling off just need bit extra glue to keep them on but good for the purpose of a footstool and big enough for an extra living room seat material good quality

Advised by doctor to sit with my legs up so bought this stool. It serves the purpose I bought it for and is also strong enough to sit on./ It is well made and sturdy and is suitable for use in any room.
