Does this tea brew dark in color? I am looking for a lighter clearer peppermint tea.

NO THIS TEA DOESNT BREW DARKER. REMEMBER THE LONGER YOU LEEP THE TEA BATG IN TEA THE DARKER IT GETS.

Do either the bags or tags say peppermint? I want to use them as part of a Mint gift bag

Tea bag is in a very nice green closed package/wrapper that says herbal tea pure peppermint etc. This would be very nice in a mini gift bag.

Small boxes from my grocery store have an expiration date of Aug 2023.

Box says product of Poland with expertly selected herbal grown in Germany Poland Us and other countries.
