Bar says 420w trple row, the wiring harnesses say 180w max, am i missing something? Has 2 leads on harness so is 1 bar over loading the harness?

What they mean to say is the light is equivalent to a 420w halogen. The actual wattage is far less than 100, probably around 60 which means for a 12v system it will be pulling about 5 amps so make sure your wiring and switch can handle that and you'll be good

China .. like just about all light bars ..they are good quality though

Has anyone had problems with wiring harness being to short

It barely made the front of a wrangler so I could see it being short for some setups. Really just depends on the vehicle. They make a extenders...just search for Nilight harness extension. 10 extra ft is $9.
