Can this fixture be swagged or is it a straight rod from the ceiling to the light?

This would be cute swagged. It is not on rod. It’s a plastic tubing incasing the wires. I cut mine down. I’m sure it could swag if you can rig the tubing to stay on a hook without creasing the wires, as there isn’t a chain on the light fixture for support.

Could this be used in a bathroom? (Approved for wet areas?)
