Great quality but wait for the sale
These are good quality materials and construction with a great waist string. However, the price regularly goes up and down. About once a month they will drop about $7 for a week and there will otherwise be some good lightning sales. Wait for those if you can. However you purchase them, I think you'll be happy. I bought the two-pair deal and was coming back for another set but I will wait till they go on sale again.Update: 4 months later, I'm still pleased with the shorts and I've even ordered two more 2-packs. The zippers have held up and never get snagged, which is a biggie because the pockets aren't all that deep, and anything heavy like keys or a wallet can fall out if they aren't zipped.However, I've been a little disappointed in how the material has held up to washing. They are still okay for wearing but these will definitely not be 2-season shorts for the gym. The fabric is starting to pill up a bit and is looking more worn than I'd hoped. I think by Spring, I'll be looking for another brand that wears a bit better.

Decent for the price, but not perfect.
As far as price, comfort, and fit go, these shorts are great, and I like that the pockets have zippers.That being said, I have a few minor complaints. I prefer shorts with a smaller inseam (five inches), and these are longer than that. Not a huge deal, but as far as my personal preferences go, I’d like these even better if they were a little shorter.The other feature that I think puts these shorts behind some of my other pairs is that the pockets don’t have any sort of interior stabilizer pocket for your phone, so when I try and run with these, my phone swings back and forth wildly. I guess I’m spoiled, but after owning other shorts that have this feature, it’s hard to go back. In my opinion, these are good for lifting, but not for high-intensity cardio.

Shorts ride up sometimes, best to wear under garments.
These shorts are really comfortable and nice to workout in. They are shorter than your average workout pair of shorts and you should really wear undergarments as they will not do a good job at containing everything in unfortunately. I tend to sleep in them.

Great shorts, terrible pockets
Let me start with what I really liked about these shorts. The fit is great, they are really comfortable, and I likes the colors a lot.The thing that makes me reconsider buying more is the pockets. The pockets have zippers which sounded like a good solution to avoid dropping things. Only problem is, if you have anything in your pockets then you want to have them zipped up AT ALL TIMES because the pockets are really shallow. The pocket has regular dimensions when its fully closed, but your average phone is going to be halfway hanging out of your pocket if not zipped up. This doesn't sound like it would be that inconvenient but I have since dropped my phone, keys or wallet just about every time that I in my car.

Incredibly comfortable and durable, in the gym and out.
Just placed an order for 4 more of these. My last 3 pairs lasted me for 4-1/2 years with heavy use both in and out of the gym. Even now, the only fault is one zipper handle broke and the elastic has finally started to give out. The fabric, actual zippers, etc are still like new.Couldn't recommend these harder!
