bought this coat for hubby, was a hole in the right arm.I am wondering if can get a new one or return?

All you have to do is take a picture of the hole and contact the seller. Like I said, there service is excellent. If there is a hole caused by the manufacturer I'm sure they just have you donate the first jacket and they will probably send you a new one. Don't wait too long before contacting them. They are a good company and want you to be happy with your purchase.

Did everyone receive the color suede brown as shown in the pic? I have had color issues with Pakistan made jackets before!

The color shown to me is a light tan. The color I received was a medium brown. Based on the comments I saw I expected a darker color and was not dissatisfied. The jacket is well made, good stitching and fits well.
