Giving it five stars at the reduced price of my purchase; it would probably still be four stars at current price ($200).It assembled easily (extra points for good instructions). Other reviewers who are having issues adjusting the back tilt - the lever to release the back needs to be pulled out, not up or down. This will allow you to move the chair back, after which you can slide the lever back in to lock it into place.The main reason I bought this chair was the descriptions of the fabric as super soft. It is not as soft as expected based on those descriptions, but it is nice.Overall, this chair looks very nice and is comfortable to sit in. Very happy with the purchase!

Great chair to sit in, seat materials feel nice and an overall comfy experience. It adjusts and moves pretty silently, no squeaks when bouncing forward and backward. Only complaints I have are the arms sit a few inches too high, even as a taller person sitting at a desk the edges of the arms feel like they’re digging into my forearms. Luckily this chair solves that problem itself, especially if you’re someone who like to push on the arms getting out, and sitting in because they’ll probably fall off (I know how it sounds and I am not obese). The welds are pretty soft, and after a few weeks the right arm on my chair was ready to peel off the plate it’s welded to, to mount to the base of the chair. Besides that, construction is fairly decent. The sitting experience is redeeming enough for me to give 4 stars

I looked @ so many chairs and they can go HIGH in price and it may not even be for comfort but more for being well built to last 10 years. THIS one is comfy, easy to put together. When you sit down you can feel the memory foam seat padding which is nice. Don't need adjustable arms, never use anyway AND they usually break or swivel. The color brown is beautiful in my apartment. You can recline and lock it there, no problem, although it does make a loud clicking sound when unlocking I noticed but all in all very smooth operating chair. Get it, for $200 can't go wrong. (Why spend $3-500 for fake leather when you can have this beautiful material)

I always check reviews before purchases thoroughly. This was a good step up in price for me but the quality was there to make it worth the extra cost. I'm glad I took the chance and I have enjoyed so far. Easy to assemble on my own, I appreciate the minimal use of any plastic, the metal legs and arms are great and sturdy. The chair is comfy and has good support for me. I'm already planning on buying another one for my spouse. At this price point your getting a good chair for your money.

I have this chair for almost a year now. The chair is still looking good and I do not see any sign of tear and wear, even, though, I use it every day for many hours. The chair lift pump is still going strong unlike almost all of my previous chairs that I used. I was hesitating at first to buy non-leather kind chair, but I do not regret at all now. Having this chair for 10 months I can definitely tell that I would buy it again. It also has an awesome color and it still looks awesome.

I received my chair a couple of days ago and it is very nice! My wonderful husband put it together and he said it was pretty easy. The back support is great! The material is softer than I expected and the height of the chair is perfect. When you recline the spring pushes you forward. I wish the spring wasn't so strong and that the chair wouldn't push me forward when I want to recline but other than that, the chair is great. I would recommend it!! It was also delivered much faster than expected.
