Can probond be used to hold down ppf where there is no adhesive remaining on the ppf. in other words, can this be used as an adhesive?

Hello, no Pro Bond is an adhesive activator, not a stand alone glue.

Anybody have any comments on how well this works for window tint where the windows dot matrix makes the tint film not stick well?

It's actually designed for paint protection and vynil wrap edges to stay down I always find if you tint the windows pull the matrix area away to the edge of the dots, tint the car and let it dry and finish up the rear with the matrix area dry both widow and tint you'll have better results just my experience
