This was an amazing product. The test kit has very easy to understand instructions and guides you through step by step how to collect your sample. Their website was very easy to use and the instructions on how to see your results. They respond quickly to emails and phone calls if you have any questions. The results came when they said they would and then someone reviewed the results with me and explained everything to me. Their suggestions matched what my own physician had said as well. I've always been interested in supplements, and have done other blood and genetic testing, but no one has ever tested for MTHFR and COMT which I am learning is a growing field in itself and extremely important to our health. I set up an account on the website, and received the results quickly in the portal which is easy to use and access. I had a one on one phone call with Dr. Miranda, and he kindly and patiently walked me through my test results, explained every mutation in my results, and answered my many questions. He followed up after the call with a short list of supplements that I had requested (he is not trying to sell anything, but I trust his recommendations) to help with my specific results. I am extremely glad that I did this test, and this new knowledge is essential to my overall health.
