The size 9-10 was a wee bit big on my 10 year old. She has a larger bottom and the dress fits her well. It's a very cute dress with a delicate top portion. The black sheer neck and arms are not very sturdy. My daughter wore it once for her awards day at school and the shoulder ripped. She's sad but I plan to alter the dress to add straps. I wish the sheer part was stronger because this dress is so cute I know she'd want the other colors.
