What size file should I get for sharpening an R52 chain?

What size file for mini chain saw

I purchased a 5/32" file for my saw and it works very well. I have a 10" bar with a small tooth chain. The 5/32" file works great.

Are these 5mm (3/16") or 5.2mm (13/64")? I see both sizes referenced but wanted to know the actual exact size. Thank you
