Will it work on a note 9

Probably going to be too small for a note 9.....

Do these fit Iphone 6s plus

It fits my Samsung Galaxy S9-Plus that is about 6.2 inches diagonally (144.1mm x 68.1mm x 8.0mm) and a little bit smaller than the iPhone 6-Plus in size, but the silicone-rubber webbing stretches and should easily be able to hold your device. The webbing does wear out over time, probably from sun, rain, sweat and air over repeated daily use stretching the webbing and exposure to the elements, so having a 4-pack for backup is a good idea. My first webbing lasted about 9 months. I'm over 4 months on the 2nd webbing, but I keep a spare in a bag on my bike, just in case.

Will this fit an iPhone 6+ in an Otterbox Defender case?

Yes, but it’s stretched pretty good. I don’t use it often but it’s held up for about a year.
