These glasses came perfectly packaged. They do not have the "glass"inside glass like others on here. Perfect size for me,fit well in my Dolce Gusto machine. Plastic feel mug and handle etc but does keep my hot drinks hot so be careful not to burn tongue! So overall i am pleased with purchase. I love my new mugs !! Given 4 stars instead of 5 as have not tried the cold ice Cappuccino drink or other cold drinks just yet so have yet to comment on that!

Great size for first morning coffee. Very light and large handle for people like me who have difficulty with their grip.Very pleased.
