It’s really a great product…I have been using it since I bought for my kitchen countertop , hob and stove. It’s easy to use. It heat up in a minute and steam is powerful enough to lift grease off my stove top. I’m so happy with my purchase.

It works well so far. I brought it to clean my washing machine draw and housing. The soaps had turned quite solid and wouldn’t scrub off with a brush. This steamer managed to get rid of most of the old soap solids with ease. It cleaned the water jets at the top of the draw housing really well.The first time I filled it with water and the soap was still quite hard to come off. I then filled the steamer with white vinegar and that made it work much better. The vinegar worked great in the steamer. Just needed to open the windows as the smell is quite powerfulThe steamer is easy to use. Just fill it up and turn it on.To open the steamer lid once you have finished you need to get rid of all the steam first otherwise the pressure inside the unit won’t let you open the lid.

I've had this since January and have only used it two or three times. I'm very happy with it overall, as it is effective and I'm impressed with the results I have cleaning with it. However, using it this most recent time, the extender piece must have cracked and steam started coming out of the cord instead of at the tip. Without the extension piece, the steamer is much harder to use safely and effectively. Disappointing that it only lasts for a few months. The brush also quickly flattened, I wish it had come with more than one brush option.

Used the small mop head on my cream chenille sofa. It removed plenty of grime without damage. Also removed a ground in mark from a cream rug that had been there for ages. The tank is quite small so you have to wait until it cools before refilling. For the price it was well worth it.

good points; cable ok in length about 6 feet, pretty much about it.bad points; 250ml MAX, you get about 1 maybe 2 mins actually steaming, you got to completely empty to refill, if open lid too early it spits boiling hot water at you, metel screw on the underneath of screw cap remains boiling hot DO NOT TOUCH, must have finger or thumb pushing the button on handle at all times, no way to lock it on, all over a waste of time and money, ive just ordered a cheaper one on ebay for £25 with a 1ltr tank, waste of time and money if im honest, nice present my daughter will use only once then probably bin.

This is absolutely amazing I used it today on my car and I'm more than impressed. Simple to use without using any cleaning chemicals and my car interior has never been so clean in my life. Also its safe to use on your engine bay if you're really into your motors. Can use it in the house as well etc.

Good value for money! This steamer is perfect for upholstery and home cleaning, it heats up quickly and cleans well. Only thing is it doesn't take much water, so you do have to refill it quite frequently when cleaning larger items/furniture.
