I love this coffee…
It has a full-bodied medium+ roast flavor, but with a subtle underlying hint of chickory. The chickory flavor is very slightly spicy with a hint of mild black pepper. Yes, I realize it sounds a bit off, but the combination is really superb - especially with a touch of sugar and heavy cream. If you’re familiar with Cafe du Monde in the New Orleans French Quarter, this is their coffee; it will transport you there. Beignets are on you.
