iconic luxe Women's Short Sleeve Flare Midi Dress with Pockets

I am beyond pleased with this dress (I purchased the navy color in small). I'd been looking EVERYWHERE for an affordable summer dress -- something light, comfortable, and casual enough to wear everyday but still cute enough for work. Many "summer" dresses I looked at elsewhere had either thick material, or too "nice" material for me to feel I could risk wearing in sweat-worthy Southern heat (TMI but it's true!).This dress suits all my needs perfectly. It's casual, cool, stretchy, and flattering. I was nervous from some of the review photos that it would look really cheap and wrinkly, but it looks SO much better in person; it's light material but still a nice quality, and the "wrinkles" are just minor creases that from come naturally from the cinched waist and look perfectly fine.BONUSES:1) Even though I'm relatively small (5'2'', 120lbs) I do have a bit of a pudgy tummy, so it's hard to find clothes that look nice without emphasizing my less-flattering parts. This is loose enough around my middle that I can feel confident in it, and it's a flattering fit all over. I usually go a size up because of how things fit around my stomach, but the Small in this dress worked perfectly well for me.2) I was originally looking for something shorter, but I actually like how long this is. I'm a minimalist in the morning and prefer outfits that require the least amount of effort -- in this case, I can throw it on without worrying if it's too short for work and needs leggings / tights / shaved legs. :D3) HALLELUJAH IT HAS POCKETS!!! I was ready to drop $50 on a dress from another company just to have the pocket feature, but finding one for $20 is unbeatable.I plan to buy more of these in different colors because I'm so happy with it. Such a good purchase.

As usual thus brand doesnt disappoint. I have had three others of their dresses. Theyre perfect for our winters in the 50 degree temps because the material is a thicker woven knit so it has a little warmth to it without be as heavy as a sweater. The elastic waist makes it very adjustable but still flattering and shapely. These dresses are so comfortable! I'm normally a size 14, pear shaped and the medium fits me well. Because the material stretches and is elastic at the waist, I ve worn size medium in their dresses from size 10-14. Theyre very forgiving but not frumpy or shapeless at all. The prints are vibrant and this one is no exception. The orange pops and the stripes are striking. They're comfortable enough to wear running errands but can easily be dressed up with belts and accessories for a night out.

First, I am 5'8"and weigh 145 pounds. The medium navy blue fits perfectly. It has a modest look and I like the length and hemline. The style of the dress makes it easy to dress up or down.The fabric is also a nice weight and not so thin that it is see through.Actually everything about the dress is great except the pockets. I’m disappointed that the stitching of the pockets leaves a pucker in the seam which causes a bulge along the hip area. Hopefully after being laundered a few times the seams will relax and take care of this issue because I really like the dress and the pockets do come in handy.If you’re looking for a dress that is versatile, comfortable and stylish at the same time, this dress is for you.

The dress does have some great qualities, pockets, color, and material was comfy. However I personally should have ordered a smaller size because of the stretchy nature of the fabric used to make the dress. The stretchiness made the dress not fall quite right on my curvy body type, it hid my stomach but didn't fit my chest well and was a bit longer than I liked. I think if I had bought a smaller size the fit would by more to my liking. Decent price and cute dress for summer, spring, or fall with leggings and boots.

This dress is excellent! I ordered a purple one in January 2020 and have worn it multiple times per week since. I have since purchased a black as well and will be ordering more because I reach for them first in my closet, always! I am 5'8", 160 lbs and I have had 4 children in the last 8 years, so I have a poochy belly...but this dress hides that well! Being on the tall side, many dresses with a waist hit me too high, but this fits close to my natural waist in a flattering way. When I was wearing this dress last summer, my older daughter took a series of photos of me helping my youngest learn to walk, and when I flipped back through them on my phone I was shocked to feel like I didn't find any unflattering angles. When does that happen?! It's super comfortable and modest without being frumpy. The neckline works well for nursing and hasn't gotten stretched out in over a year of heavy use. The fabric is lightweight and flowy but not see-through or clingy. I have washed (cool) and dried (cool) in the machine and the fabric is slightly ball-y but think it's acceptable given the ease of care and also how frequently I wear it. Ordering more colors so it can officially be my summer wardrobe!

I really like this dress - it’s cute, VERY comfortable, and versatile (easy to dress up or down). BUT - BUYER BEWARE. This is my second time buying this dress. I bought a size small in magenta and it smelled like burned cat pee, even after washing it. I loved the dress so much but I couldn’t stand the smell. I returned it and then bought this one in Eggplant and NO smell at all.This is a size small- for reference I’m 5’7 and 140 pounds, usually a size 6-8 pant so I feel like this runs a bit big. But the small fits perfectly for me.Bottom line, this is a great dress that fits well, but depending on the size/style, it may be smelly. I’d take the risk and maybe buy it in a few colors, then return the smelly ones. :)
