Found this little treasure in the Black Friday Deals and so glad I did. The positive reviews are true! This small, egg-like, compact little speaker can fit in the palm of your hand but the sound easily fills up a room. One press and the top rises up to reveal the illuminated speaker within. A voice will announce that the speaker is on and when it's connected via bluetooth. The cable that can physically connect to your device is conveniently attached underneath the speaker. It is short but it's a length that works for the purpose it's meant for. Another simple push will turn off the speaker. My sibling has already purchased their own BLKBOX speakers and I plan to give one as a holiday gift to a friend who's been struggling to find a good speaker.Some pros:Unlike some other bluetooth speakers I've tried in the past, this speaker has a remarkably crisp sound with no whirring sound in the background or during lulls between songs.It is plastic but has a weight to it that gives the impression it can take a few hits and drops without missing a beat. It also has a nice smooth texture and sleek design that I personally like.The volume is pretty good for the size and price. Easily fills a room without making a scene. Picks out the individual instruments and subtle musical undertones well.One con I have noticed is that, because there are no buttons on the speaker for volume since it is all controlled via your device, the level of your device will be the level of the speaker and no more. Now, this is perfect when connected to my iPad because it naturally has a loud sound and high volume. But when connected to a smart-phone, I did notice a drastic change in volume simply because the phone's volume could only go so high. The speaker was still good but definitely not as loud. The speaker I tried previously did have volume buttons so when the phone was as high as it could go, the speaker could still go higher and made the music much louder (though the whirring sound persisted). The music still rang clear and it was definitely louder than the phone, but it is a note to consider.One more thing: the support behind this speaker from the company TheGroupDeal has been outstanding. The minute you I ordered the speaker, I received an email from the company thanking my purchase and ensuring me that any problems would be appropriately dealt with should any arise. When my speaker was delivered, I received another email making sure my delivery came safely and that the product worked as promised. Granted, I can't comment on how good the human support is as I have yet to have any problems, but I do appreciate the care and consideration I was given.I will recommend this speaker to whomever is looking for something that really gives the most bang for the buck.

Convenient little speaker. Decent battery life. Will only pair with one phone at a time (need to re-pair if using on another device). No volume control on the unit (volume is controlled by the paired device). I'd say it's loud enough for "personal" use. Girlfriend uses it to listen to podcasts while cooking and it's just loud enough to hear over the noise in our tiny kitchen.It's really not suitable to fill a large room with high-quality sound - as expected.

Very disappointed with the volume. It's VERY LOW. I know it's a small speaker, but I have bought other speakers more or less the same size and they sound way louder than this one. The only use I see for this speaker is if your tablet or phone's speakers really suck. Other than that, this speaker will disappoint you.UPDATE:Seller contacted me and offered to mail a new product, apparently the one I had received was defective. I received the new one within a few days and it worked like a charm. IT IS louder than I expected. I think this speaker is perfect for offices and closed spaces like kitchen, office, bathroom (away from water), meeting room.It is not loud enough, for example, to take it out when running or working around the house (backyard or garage). VERY easy to use. Connects to phone in seconds with Bluetooth.

This is the greatest thing I purchased all year! This little speaker has turned my tablet into a real radio. It's wireless and was very easy to pair with the tablet. I couldn't believe the high quality of the sound from a little tiny speaker. The tablet alone sounds "tinney", but this speaker sounds so true life. I did have a minor issue withthe speaker, and can't tell you how quickly the customer service team responded to my concern. They took care of the issue immediately . Wonderful product, great customer service.I would highly recommend this product to everyone.

I really like this speaker for several reasons: First of all for its size the sound is great - rich and deep. Second it is so easy to connect to a device - I had never connected anything via Bluetooth and it was a breeze even for me. Another great feature is their portability - you can move this speaker from room to room to room at your convenience. The battery lasts about 5 hours per charge and it takes about 2 hours or so to reach a full charge. The only drawback I can find with this speaker is that the battery is not replaceable once it reaches the stage of not holding power via recharging - So... only time will tell whether this was a good buy or a great one. Nevertheless I'm happy with it considering its affordable price.

This little box is the answer to my dreams -- a speaker that has a small footprint, needs no wires, is portable and has fine sound! The POP360 is practically perfect in every way qand has replaced balky/bulky speakers and cords. It is super simple, with little more than a pop top that functions as an on/off switch. An electronic voice lets you know that the device is on and pairing. Sound volume is controlled by the device providing the signal (e.g., your iPhone) and the battery lets you take the POP360 around the house with you -- no power cords or iPhone cables to deal with.Two improvement opps for future models: there's no battery indicator, so you don't know how much juice is left in the battery. And the device doesn't appear to shut down when it is no longer in use, so you have to turn it off manually.The POP360 is a brilliant device that has made listening to radio and podcasts way less of a hassle. I always look forward to pairing up in the morning. Love it!
