Fantastic quality and feel!
This keyboard is slim, yet sturdy with an aluminum build. The brown switches are perfect, tactile yet much quieter than blue ones. RGB is vibrant and fluid. Awesome value and would definitely recommend.

Surprisingly good
Got the RGB tenkeyless model with brown switches. No previous experience with mechanical keyboards but this one is silent enough that it doesn't annoy people more than common membrane keyboards as long as you are not typing frantically. RGB color schemes and patterns are impressive and the feel of the keys is pretty much great. Not sure how much better 150 dollar keyboards feel though. As for durability, too soon to comment on that but the first impression is that it is a sturdy piece of equipment.

Its good, but wont say its the best out there for the price
THis is my 3rd mechanical KB, last two were blue switches, and this is brown, I personally like blue for the feel, but was too loud for my wife to tolerateThis KB is so far the most expensive one,Not too heavy and hence does NOT feel as solid as my previous ones. but works equally well. Its low profile unlike most other ones. key travel is the same though.I am disappointed to see a micro USB cable/port on the keyboard instead of a usbC.Custom RGB layout where you can program light on individual keys is great.Overall may not be best value for money, but I do not regret the purchase

Stopped working after a couple of months
This product stopped working a couple of months after purchasing it. I have had the same keyboard for a few years and my son wanted the same. I bought it for him and again, it stopped working. I contacted Eagletec and they told me to follow a series of troubleshooting issues which I did. Still did not work. Finally they said:Hi,Thank you for the attached photos. We would like to inform you that the seller of your unit is Amazon.com Services LLC. Kindly contact them for further assistance.Best Regards,AngieCS ChallengerUSASo, no help at all. Tried to contact amazon regarding this and not able to get anyone that could help. Not happy. I think we just got a bum unit and all I wanted was a replacement.

Loved this keyboard, but it refuses to wake up when computer is restarted.
I liked everything about it. The switches, the colors, the more compact design compared to earlier models.Unfortunately, it doesn't work when the computer restarts until it is unplugged and then plugged back in again. At one point Windows said the USB device has malfunctioned and is no longer recognized by Windows, although it did work again after being plugged in again.Eagletec support does not respond to my inquiries.I'm returning it for refund, may try purchasing it again once the manufacturer has worked out the product issues.

Worth the price!
This is an amazing keyboard and with RGB lighting makes it even better. This a great keyboard with nothing holding it back from 5 stars. Definitely could easily compete with any keyboard from a big name brand company for half the price!

decent keyboard, but a full maual would be nice
pros: price. you get a mechanical RGB keyboard for this money, and that's a big win. I've just started using it but it does seem like it's well put together. The keys are a little wobblier than a branded one would be, but it's fine, not bad at all just not perfect and at this price that's to be expected. It's secure in the spot you put it and doesn't slide around. lots of colour options, though not necessarily all that you'd want. The ergonomics are as good as you'll get for the price. I got it largely for the ergo: It's lowish profile for a mechanical keyboard and the lower ones are much more expensive, a wrist-rest might be good for some people but I expect more won't need one depending on their desk, and not having a number pad in the way of the comfortable mouse position is actually great and unless you use it all the time (in which case I'd invest in one with it on the left for a right-handed person), this is a much better setup. I don't know why more keyboards don't have it on the left or not at all.cons: it is a bit louder than most brown switch keyboards I've played with. it's nowhere near as loud as a blur switch keyboard, and it's something I can get used to, but noisier than a membrane keyboard (especially the spacebar). The online manual is terrible, and there isn't a paper one that says more than 'here's the downloads page'. It has only one page, that doesn't even tell you how to program the user-programmable mode. Like it's simply not there. If anyone can tell me where there's a decent set of instructions for that, that'd be great. Also, the keys do feel a little wobbly as I mentioned. not problematically so, and you get what you pay for, but it'll take some getting used to.Overall, a decent keyboard that I'm happy with for the money. I wouldn't be happy to pay much more for it, but at the price, it's a good deal and I recommend :)

Last for 1 year
Stop working after 1 year, key either get multiple entries or not response.Edit: customer service responded quickly and offer full replacement. I also realized the key issue has to do with dock rather than the keyboard itself.
