Some of them are: 2 Tyre normal, 2 low wide Tyre, 5 different types of cross axle one each(6m, 8m, 10m & 12m), 5 different types of Angle elements, module bush(4), double cross block(4), Connector pegs, Double Conical Wheel, Ball With Friction Snap(8), 2 T-Beam 3X3, 1 Beam 3M, Panels( left/right) different sizes, 1 Cross Axle, 3M- Connector Peg, Conical Wheel, 1 Bevel Gear, rim wide, rim narrow and many more.

Does it contain sensor

Yes it does. Both the kits 31313 and 45544 have a variety of sensors in it. Try searching the internet for their detailed description about all the parts in 31313 and 45544. Go for 45544.

Does it included elecronic parts like motor, sensors, etc?

No it does not. It has only extra parts which help you for flexibility when you build your projects. I would suggest you to buy the Lego EV3 45544 kit and buy this one a year later.

Are we getting brick with this kit??

No. This is a expansion kit only.
