I wear my copper bracelets 24/7. They get cleaned in the shower as I do. Nothing special.

To adjust the size, please hold the bracelet with both thumbs in the middle from the top, and apply pressure on endpoints. The bracelet is a snug fit for maximum effectiveness. Once the cuff bracelet is fixed to your size, you can just slide it in for further usages. These pure copper bracelets are IP plated for their antique copper look and are lacquer coated to avoid oxidation (green coloring). Magnets are installed with a special glue, All these things may wear out sooner with constant exposure to water/ chlorine/shampoo/soap or chemicals Even though most of our customers wear it 24 x 7, for the longevity, it is advisable to avoid constant exposure to water (especially salt water). Please note that It's not too sensitive to water exposure, so you may not see any difference immediately though.
