It is 3.5 inches long and 1.3 inches wide and 7.2 inches in total length

does the knife feel cheap? or is it a good heavy ish feel in your hand?

As a well versed knife collector... It's cheap!!

Does the color come off when you use is alot

No. It dulls when sharpened but the color has stuck for me

Does it require a signature?

It doesn't require a signature because the length is under the legal carrying limit and it is not double edged if it was sharp on top and bottom then you'd probably have to sign for it, but no a signature is not required and it is very well made I use it everyday
