What are the outside dimensions of the of this model? The dimensions in the title do not match those in the Product Information section.

Wide 15" There is 2 small lips that come out on the bottom about 1/4" / Depth 12" + 2" for handle / Tall 9". I really like the features of the oven, however the tray for baking is not easy to clean. Every other parts are very easy to keep clean. (you are right the dimensions listed do not match the actual size) I find it just right for what I want.

does this toaster oven have a timer?

No. So you have to ask Alexa to set timer or set it on your oven. I think it's crazy to have a toaster oven for baking with no way to turn it off without setting a timer that isn't on the oven. If you forget to set a timer and get involved in something else and the stove stays on, it seems easy that someone could burn their house down.

Does this toaster get too hot to have it near other items?

It does get very warm. I have it next to other items and so far no trouble.

Is there an interior light?

No there isn't. There is a thermal switch which turns off the elements before the toast is done when you try to toast two consecutive slices of bread. A very bad idea.
