Holes are oval to allow easier levelling. 5mm wide and 9mm high

Hi Stephen, No instructions for how to measure up but what I did was I used the measurements of the hangers as a guide

I'm hanging a 30kg decorated marble disc. Could epoxy used across entire contact area of bar provide a reliable fixing?
