Wagyu Beef Bresaola Sliced

Delicious and rich. I love that it is sliced for you and you can just dig right in...or deck the plate for lucky guests!

Wierd taste almost like meat has been left out for too long and had bacteria. I know its cured but maybe its just not my style of cured meat

I was so happy to find a grass-fed Bresaola, however, it’s cured and It has sodium nitrite, The only Bresaola I’ve found that has no-nitrate/ nitrate is Alef, but unfortunatel, It’s not grass-fed!! I don’t understand why it’s so hard to make a grass-fed uncured meet!? Why it has to be one thing or the other !? Am I the only perfectionist here!?
