If your cookware conducts heat through the handle, it’s useless. I was excited about these because they were lightweight, but you need a silicon handle to protect yourself from burns and the weight of the silicone handle flips the pans over. Poor design. Don’t waste your money.

Very happy with how pans resist getting stuck. They're nice to use.Had to get covers for handles because they do get too hot to touch.Would be nice to have cleanable handle covers as an option.

The only issue is the handles conduct heat. Can’t touch handles must use glove. Easy to clean

Heats up fast and even. Nothing sticks to it.

The handles become extremely HOT when cooking which is unacceptable. If I could return these I would. Would not recommend.
