Its not heavy, you can hold it with one hand, if you drop it, it might break. Its small, I thought it was bigger than what it was, its a small size, not sure of dimensions, less than 12 inches long, maybe about 5 inches long.

If by "safe" you mean "are there any chemicals in the piece that can harm fish", I don't know. If you are wondering if it will physically fit, I don't know the dimensions of a 20-gallon fish tank, however, I'm sure it will fit. Check its dimensions and those of the fish tank. No, we do not recommend using our statues in an fish tank or aquarium as they have not been tested for fish or animal safety.

Is This weather resistant
